What do the three tiers include?

Starter ($299) is a complete website built from your industry’s template, with your words, brand and photos, finished and checked by a person, ready in about 7 days. Designed ($1,200) is an original design for your business, about 14 days. Custom (from $2,500) covers portals, apps and automations on a fixed, line-by-line quote.

What does hosting cost and include?

Hosting is $29 a month for a small business site, $49 for a loan officer site, $15 for a landing page, and $99 for a broker site plus $15 for each added loan officer page. It includes the console, backups, security updates, uptime monitoring and small text edits. Pay yearly and get 12 months for the price of 10.

Can I edit the site myself?

Yes. Your console lets you change words and photos, upload your logo, adjust your brand colors and publish. Bigger changes are requested in the console and quoted before any work starts.

Where do leads go?

Every form on your site sends the lead to your inbox and saves it in your console, with spam filtered out. Export them as a spreadsheet whenever you like.

Do you handle my customers’ payments?

No. Your customers pay you directly. Siize never processes your customers’ payments, and your email and domain stay in your name.

Can I pay over time?
